skincare professionals. VenturaDesigns USA makes no medical claims regarding

client skin condition, adherence to protocols, and treatment frequency. BEAM is
not a substitute for medical treatment, and clients should be advised to consult a
physician if they have underlying health concerns. Equipment, training, and

All financial figures and revenue projections provided in this document are for

with the BEAM program depends on the individual’s skill level, effort, location,

Practitioner Agreement & Compliance

By entering into the BEAM Agreement to become a Certified BEAM Aesthetic Consultant
(BAC), the practitioner agrees that BEAM is a complete, proprietary system that includes
specific equipment, products, and protocols developed by VenturaDesigns USA.

BACs agree to:

• Follow the official BEAM protocol exactly as outlined, without omissions or
substitutions
• Not add any unauthorized steps, products, or procedures
• Maintain the integrity and consistency of the BEAM experience across all certified
providers

Any deviation from the approved BEAM protocol may result in review and revocation of BAC
certification.
